Celebrity Scissorhands 21st October 2007 If Kyal can do it, so can Ben. He is to appear in this year's Celebrity Scissorhands. This is yet another "celebrity" reality show but thankfully Ben won't be humiliating himself in order to line the pockets of an Australian meglomaniac. He will be doing it for chariddee. Bless him.
In the show the "celebrity" trainees attempt to become fully fledged hairdressers and beauty experts in just 3 weeks. Woooo! Public service television at its best. Ben's fellow contestants are Tamara Beckwith, Ninia Benjamin, Warwick Davis, Aled Haydn Jones, Lil' Chris, Javine and Carley Stenson. If you know who any of these "celebrities" are you've wasted your life.
Celebrity Scissorhands starts on BBC3 on Sunday 28th October.

Cinderella 22nd July 2007 It has now been confirmed that Ben will be playing Buttons in the pantomime Cinderella at the Gordon Craig Theatre, Stevenage from Saturday 1st December 2007 to Sunday 27th January 2008.

Neighbours Night - Neighbours Revealed 14th July 2007 Ben and Kyal Marsh will be presenting Neighbours Night, five 30 minute episodes of Neighbours Revealed, on BBC3 tonight (14th July) from 8.25pm to 10.50pm. They link all the episodes together, filmed in London this week. They also appear in most of the five episodes.
If you miss this the first time around, it will be repeated again early Sunday (15th July) morning between 1.20am and 3.50am. The five episodes will then be repeated individually at 12.00am on Tuesday (17th July), 1.10am on Wednesday (18th July), 12.45am on Thursday (19th July), 12.55am on Friday (20th July) and 1.40am on Saturday (21st July). Don't miss it, you'll certainly have plenty of opportunities to watch it!

Ben Nicholas and The Rayz 1st July 2007 Ben has hooked up with The Rayz, a London based band. The four piece act will perform live at various student events, organised by Live Music Management, from August to November. Watch this space for further details.

Cinderella 12th May 2007 There are various rumours on the internet that Ben will be playing Buttons in the Cinderella pantomime at the Gordon Craig Theatre, Stevenage this winter. The theatre's website confirms that Cinderella will be on from Saturday 1st December 2007 to Sunday 27th January 2008 but does not mention any of the cast. Stay tuned to BNO for further details.

Fancy a Teddy Bear Autographed by Ben? 12th May 2007 Then visit Very Pleased to Meet You, a fund raising organisation dedicated to raising money for children's charities. On their wesite you can bid for various teddy bears that have been autographed by celebrities, including one by Ben.

Oliver 10th March 2007 Consider yourself...one of us? Ben must like being here in the UK: he will be appearing in Oliver at the Central Theatre, Chatham from Saturday 31st March to Saturday 7th April. The show is being produced by Evolution Productions, the same company who produced Jack & the Beanstalk at the Marlowe Theatre. Stingray to Die 4th March 2007 We now know the storyline involving Ben's departure from Neighbours - Stingray will die as a result of complications arising after he has donated bonemarrow to his sick niece Kerry.
Stingray's death will be broadcast in Australia on Thursday 22nd March. It is expected to be broadcast in the UK on Monday 4th June.
Stingray's death means that, barring a Bobby Ewing type of miracle, we will never again see Ben on Neighbours.
