2005 NEWS
9 to 5 25th September 2005 Ben will be appearing in the new cabaret show 9 to 5 at The Dragonfly Theatre & Cabaret Restaurant, Melbourne. The show will take place every Saturday night from 15th October to 3rd December. Telephone 03 9330 3111 to make a booking. Ben and good food - what more could you ask for?!

Inside Soap Awards 7th August 2005 Ben has been nominated for the "Best Newcomer" award in this year's Inside Soap Awards.

Logie 2005 Nomination 9th April 2005 Ben has been nominated for the 2005 Logie in the "Most Popular New Talent (Male)" catgeory. The other nominees in this category are Chris Hemsworth (Home & Away), Dean O’Gorman (McLeod’s Daughters), Jason Smith (Home & Away), Wil Traval (All Saints).
The Logies are Australia's premier TV awards and are equivalent to the BAFTA TV Awards here in the UK.
The awards will be held on Sunday 1st May at Melbourne's Crown Casino and will be broadcast on the Nine Network in Australia.
Neighbours recieved only three nominations so it is a great achievment for Ben to be nominated. It will be an even greater achievement when Ben wins! Good luck to Ben.

Stingray & Serena sleep together 9th April 2005 A year after Boyd and Sky, Stingray and Serena sleep together. And history repeats itself when David Bishop catches them!
The episode (4681) was shown in Oz a few weeks ago and will be shown in the UK on Wed 25 May.

Erinsborough.com 2000-2005 26th March 2005 Erinsborough.com, the best site dedicated to Neighbours, has closed. The closure was precipitated by the site's crash on 10th March after the 2004 season finale was broadcast in the UK. This news came as a huge shock to Neighbours fans, especially coming so soon after the demise of the BBCi Messageboard.
I would like to add my thanks to everyone at Erinsborough.com for all their work - the site has been an invaluable resource.
There is some good news though. Some of the gang from Erinsorough.com have started a new site: NeighboursFans.com. The site is still under construction but its forum is up and running and contains similar features as the Erinsborugh.com Forum: spoilers, episode summaries, articles and downlads.

Actor of the Week 27th February 2005 It's Ben's turn to be Actor of the Week again on BBCi, from Thu 3 Mar to Wed 9 Mar. This is the third time Ben has been Actor of the Week. On the previous two occaisons he answered many questions but now that the BBCi messageboard has been abruptly shut down, don't be surprised if he doesn't answer as many this time. Also expect the BBC to censor the questions/answers. To ask Ben a question go to BBCi.
