Ben's first acting role was in a commercial back in 1991, when he was only 3 years old! Ben sang the national anthem at the SANFL Grand Final in 2000. Ben and Tash auditioned for the roles of the twins in Home and Away, but were turned down because they looked too old! In September 2004 Ben performed with Tori Horgan at the Adelaide Town Hall for official opening of the Australian Transplant Games.

- Ben used to go to the Mighty Good Talent School, where he met his former dance partner and long time friend Tori.
- Ben has studied singing for over ten years. He has also studied drama, jazz, classical dance, tap dancing, breakdancing and funk tap.
- Ben doesn't think he'll ever get to release an album.
- Ben started performing in the Mighty Good Talent School in Adelaide.
- Ben used to want to be a Aussie Rules player but he thought he was too small!
